Duane came to work for Aria in 2000. In his current role as Campaign Data Analyst, he has shown a strong commitment to quality and data integrity in regards to processing and the custom reporting of calling results. Duane’s detail-oriented nature leaves clients feeling assured that their data is secure and analyzed effectively. His knowledge and extensive industry experience make him an excellent resource for all client data concerns.

Duane has a BS degree in business and computer information systems from St. Cloud State University.

In 2011, Summer started her first job as an AriaCalls Associate. Her excellent work ethic allowed her to move up quickly through the ranks, from performance coach to sales proofer to call center supervisor. She finally found her home with client services in 2015.

Summer is always excited to learn about our clients. She spends much of her days researching, training AriaCalls associates on campaigns, and writing scripts. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring nature, and taking care of her menagerie of pets.

Emily has 18 years of experience working with nonprofit organizations. Her role as Vice President involves client campaign management and communication. She is responsible for the overall coordination and implementation of client campaign initiatives from start to finish. Emily works closely with all of Aria’s departments to ensure all objectives are met. With her attention to detail, Emily will competently manage your campaign and work to achieve your goals every step of the way.

Emily attended Mankato State University and enjoys spending time outdoors with her children and traveling.

Amber Reinert started at Aria in November of 2006 while studying at St. Cloud State University. Amber manages all recruitment and hiring efforts at Aria, and is dedicated to improving personnel and employee morale wherever she can. Her work helps to ensure that we are delivering the best possible results for our clients. She enjoys continuing to build her knowledge in the ever-changing field of HR.

Amber loves spending quality time with friends and family, making the best of Minnesota’s unpredictable weather and cooking up new dishes.

Chuck Lucas

Chuck is responsible for setting corporate direction, implementing general administration tactics, managing Aria’s finances, and assisting with client fundraising strategy development. He has extensive experience planning, organizing, funding, and managing a variety of organizations and has been a principal officer and owner of Aria since 1989. He is passionate about the success of Aria’s client campaigns.

Chuck has served as a director of numerous organizations, including University Pediatrics Foundation — a past affiliate of the University of Minnesota Foundation. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin and his graduate degree from Dartmouth College.

Sarah McClelland

AriaCards Manager

Sarah joined AriaCards as a handwriting associate and has since moved into her current role as the AriaCards Manager. In this role, Sarah works to ensure the timely delivery of your AriaCards project by providing staff, scheduling, forecasting support and oversight of AriaCards personnel. She will also make sure that our production team understands all aspects of your project.
Sarah holds an A.A. in business management with a human resources specialization from Rasmussen College. She has worked as an office manager and production supervisor and has extensive experience in project management and small business ownership.

Lisa has been with Aria since 1997 and brings a wealth of multifaceted experience to her current role. Before joining Aria’s human resources department in 1999, she was a successful AriaCalls Associate. Lisa is responsible for managing recruiting, hiring and personnel efforts for all Aria associates. Her knowledge of Aria and human resources as an industry allows us to better recruit qualified individuals who desire to be part of a company that is committed to providing the best service possible to its clients.

Darell Nelson

Darell is one of our long-standing key staff members, having joined Aria in 1989. He is responsible for our accounting, financial statements, benefits administration, banking and insurance, along with countless administrative matters that free our client service staff to devote themselves fully to you and your project’s success. In his position, he has guided the company through the design and implementation of accounting information systems. Darell’s discipline and detail-oriented nature ensure that you will receive accurate and timely billing information every time.
Darell has an accounting AAS degree from St. Cloud Technical College and is active in his community.

Tiffany Schultz

Tiffany has held several positions within Aria, including Calling Associate, Orientation Coordinator and Performance Coach. Recognized for her talent and work ethic, she has since moved into her current role as Director of Client Services. Before Aria, Tiffany spent several years as an account development executive at an internet marketing firm.

Tiffany is highly driven and motivated to deliver top results for all of her clients. She has a B.S. in business and is currently working towards her masters in strategic communications. She enjoys reading, fitness, and spending time with family, friends and her puppy, Blue.

Doug Scott

Doug joined the Aria team in 1988 managing call center operations. He was later part of the core team that tested handwritten messages on telemarketing fulfillment mailings. These tests proved successful, and the AriaCard product was introduced. Doug’s innovative efforts kickstarted the handwritten mail industry. Doug has worked with thousands of nonprofits and helped raise tens of millions of dollars. The results of Doug’s work have been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Fundraising magazine and other industry publications.

In 1985, Anthony and his partner started Aria with the goal of creating a professional organization that would make a difference for its clients and employees. Now, 32 years later, this goal still resonates within the dedicated, experienced Aria team. Anthony has worked with a wide range of businesses (including Fortune 500 companies), and understands the importance of building a team with a tenacious desire to provide the best service possible for their clients.

Anthony has a BSEE (Electrical Engineering) from the University of Minnesota and an MBA in Marketing from St. Cloud State University.

Catherine Winge

Catherine has extensive expertise developing campaigns which assist non-profit organizations with donor/member growth, retention, and other strategies to grow and improve the performance of their programs.

Catherine holds a BS and MBA in marketing. She recently completed two terms on the board of the University Pediatrics Foundation at the University of Minnesota. Catherine has been a speaker at CASE, AFP, ALDE, and NIC conferences, is a member of Aria’s Board of Directors, and is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE).

Peter Wallace

Peter has been working in the nonprofit industry since 1977. He worked for the Muscular Dystrophy Association for seven years and Wisconsin Public Radio for 17 years. Peter served as development director at Wisconsin Public Radio during the majority of his time there. In 2001, he joined the Aria team.

Peter is a freelance writer, columnist, author and an adjunct faculty member at two Midwestern universities, where he teaches marketing, management, and writing courses.

A winner of numerous Corporation for Public Broadcasting development awards, Peter has been a presenter at numerous conferences. He has a BS in radio, TV and film and a MS in management.

Camille Zumwalde

Camille has been with Aria Calls and Cards since 1987, serving in a variety of capacities related to our telemarketing operations. In her current role, Camille works with clients and regulatory agencies to ensure that all necessary documents are prepared and filed in a timely manner and that the project is in compliance with all pertinent government regulations.

Her extensive experience with Aria is enhanced with a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Cloud State University.

Laurie started working at Aria in 2008 as a Calling Associate. She has held different positions from Lead Caller to Assistant Supervisor to her current role as Senior Supervisor. As Senior Supervisor, she is responsible for overseeing all components of daytime B2B calling.

She works closely with the clients to meet all of their expectations and brings positive, fun energy to the rest of her team. She enjoys spending time with family, friends, and, most of all, spoiling her granddaughter.

Luke joined Aria as an IT Assistant before working up to his current role as Programming Analyst. He spent a couple of years as a web developer for an advertising agency and a freelance web designer before joining the team at Aria.

He uses his ever-growing skill set to deliver up-to-date technology solutions for a variety of client needs. He currently holds an AAS in computer programming and enjoys kayaking, hunting, and spending time with family and friends.

Nancy joined the Aria team in September 2017. She serves as the Administrative Assistant to our President and CEO Chuck Lucas and to our Principal and Vice President of Marketing and Sales Catherine Winge. Nancy operates out of our Minnetonka location three mornings a week. Nancy has spent over 30 years supporting executives at a couple of large, Minnesota-based companies.

Nancy is semi-retired and enjoys spending her time with family and friends, traveling, reading, cooking and entertaining.

Rob Brooks

Rob joined the Aria IS/IT department in fall 2017 and is one of our newest team members. He brings with him over 22 years of experience in the IT field and an AA degree from Bemidji State University. Rob has extensive experience working with IT in a call center environment through both systems administrator and help desk roles. His diverse IS/IT background allows him to address our clients’ data, reporting, and campaign needs.

Rob is a newlywed and enjoys spending time with his family.

Teri is a seasoned management professional with extensive experience leading successful call center campaigns and organizations. In her current role as AriaCalls Operations Director, she expertly leads our client services initiatives and builds hardworking teams that are driven to exceed Aria’s business and financial goals.

Teri has a bachelor’s degree in business management and recently earned her MBA degree from St. Cloud State University. Teri loves everything outdoors, except when it’s below zero in Minnesota.
